Thanking Pastor Don
for 32 years as senior pastor
“Preach the Word, Love the People.”
That was the charge given to Pastor Don on Labor Day weekend 32 years ago. On August 29, 1993, Pastor Don McClure was installed as Senior Pastor of Ridgeview Baptist Church after already serving nearly 10 years as Associate Pastor.
This coming Sunday marks both his 32nd anniversary and his final Sunday as Senior Pastor. While Pastor Don will continue serving the Lord in a support role here at Ridgeview, this is a significant moment in the life of our church family.
We invite all who are or have been part of the Ridgeview family over the years to join us this Sunday as we celebrate Pastor Don’s faithful ministry. The service will include special moments of reflection, thanksgiving, and encouragement as we honor his decades of shepherding our congregation with humility, grace, and unwavering devotion to God’s Word.
