Special Announcement

We are excited to announce that Jeremy Woody will be the new Senior Pastor of Ridgeview Baptist Church! Although we know Jeremy and his family very well, we want to congratulate him and welcome him into this new role.

At the same time, we want to honor and congratulate Pastor Don McClure for faithfully serving as the Senior Pastor of Ridgeview for 32 years.

On Sunday, April 27, Pastor Don announced that it is time for him to transition out of his position. He will begin serving as an Executive Pastor beginning on August 31.

The deacon body began serving as the pulpit committee and entered into the processes of recommending our new Senior Pastor. After time of prayer and moving through the process, Pastor Jeremy Woody was presented to the church as a candidate for the position.

On Sunday, May 18, our church voted to approve Pastor Jeremy as the new Senior Pastor of Ridgeview. His installation will be on Sunday, October 5, 2025.

Please continue to pray for our church as we enter into a time of transition over the coming months. We believe that God is moving and we are excited to see what He will continue to do in and through our church.

On Sunday, April 27th, Pastor Don McClure shared with the church congregation that the time is coming for him to step back from the role of Senior Pastor of Ridgeview Baptist Church.
